Hartman Creek Trail Run

Join us for the third annual Hartman Creek Trail Run including 25K, 10K, and Kid’s 2K races. All events start on the beach at Hartman Lake and follow smooth single track through pine forest, past small lakes, through mature hardwoods, prairie, and oak savannah. The 25K utilizes a classic section of the Ice Age Trail as well as newly constructed single track courtesy of the Waupaca based Cronies Trail Crew. The 25K also travels through the fabled Emmons Creek Natural Area.

Iola Trail Run

Great Lakes Endurance introduced the Iola Trail Run in 2011 and it quickly became a favorite trail race on the Spring calendar. The inaugural race featured an inch of fresh snow and beams of sunlight through the woods. The venue is the much loved Iola Winter Sports Park with its famed cross country ski trails on rolling terrain carved by glaciers 10,000 years ago. The 15K also includes a classic section of the Ice Age Trail. This event supports youth skiing programs at the Iola Winter Sports Park.

Iola Twilight Snowshoe Race

The fabled nordic ski venue in the glaciated hills north of Iola provides the setting for this one of a kind nighttime snowshoe race. The event starts at 6:00 pm and features a completely lighted 5K loop.

Keyes Peak Trail Run

Florence, WI

The course starts and finishes at the Keyes Peak Ski Lodge on the east side of Highway 101, 4 miles southwest of Florence, WI. The course ascends a gravel service road through the woods to summit of Keyes Peak where runners will enjoy magnificent vistas of Keyes Lake and the forested terrain of Northern Wisconsin. The course is a single undulating loop through old growth pine forests, stands of paper birch, open meadows and river valley. The trail consists of dirt forest roads, two tracks, cross country ski trails, and single track. The terrain is rolling and diverse and flows well from start to finish.
