The first annual Conserve School Trail Run is now featured on Trail Runner Magazine’s website.   The article, written by Milwaukee based freelance writer Tom Held, focuses on the shared environmental vision that the Conserve School and Great Lakes Endurance.  The Conserve School Trail Run features a 20K and 5K on the Conserve School’s 1200 acres in Northern Wisconsin.  Each course is an eclectic blend of cross country ski trail and winding single track.  The 20K features seven wilderness lakes.  The start and finish are located at the Lowenwood Recreation Center on the Conserve School campus and offers post race swimming in Little Donahue Lake.  Registration has been extended until Friday, June 13 at 8:00 p.m. Central.   Awards include Maas Farms Maple Syrup from Tilleda, Wisconsin.  The event is sponsored by Patagonia Footwear.
